Welcome to Sierra Cycling Site!

 This website is the result of my continuing frustation in finding any information concerning cycling in Calfornia's Sierras! There are many sites dedicated to century rides, races, mountain biking, the Pacific Coast bike route, and the wine country, but I've found very little about riding in the area I love--our California mountains.

 On this site I plan to share our experiences cycling the Sierras, both day rides and tours, and our search for the lightest weight touring equipment available. As time allows, space will be made available for contributions of your stories and photos. Also, please feel free to contact us with any suggestions as to how our website can be improved--keeping in mind that it is dedicated only to rides in our Sierras!
